フレンチフロントのエコーズシャツ、イタリアンカラーのカッタウェイシャツ。フランスとイタリア。この2型のバリエーションが軸になっています。

流行に影響されずとも抗う訳でもなく、好きなものを探求した先に行き着いたこの2つのデザインはTheGarageとしての他には無いオリジナリティー、興趣の到達点の位置付けです。

そのうえでパターンはアップデートして都度進化しており、また使用した生地の特性にあわせて変える為、同じデザインでもフォルムの異なる別のものという認識でおります。

エコーズシャツは見返しがあるフレンチフロントのオープンカラーシャツと実は同じ構造。リゾートシャツのような開放的なムードのスキッパーのような襟型です。

カッタウェイシャツは台襟のあるシャツスタイルですが、イタリアの伝統を追ったものというものでもなく、ホリゾンタルというよりも直線的なカフスや剣ボロに共通したCHAMFER（一辺が欠けた）ディテールの系譜です。
